Prime Minister Is Defiant as Pakistan Outs C.I.A. Officer

The prime minister’s statement was expected to give an accounting of what Pakistan knew about the Qaeda leader’s presence in Pakistan, but instead centered on how the raid by the United States was a breach of Pakistani sovereignty. He warned that a repeat of such a raid to capture other high profile terrorists could be met with “full force.Mr. Gilani repeated his assertion that Bin Laden’s presence in Pakistan was an intelligence failure of the “whole world,” and said a senior army general would conduct an inquiry into the Bin Laden raid, but he gave no timeline of when that inquiry would be completed or who would participate in it.so the u.s sent navy troops to kill osama bin laden.but 4 days after his death they deceided that his name sounded to much like president obamas so it was changed to usama bin laden.

the day that usama bin laden was killed thousands rejoyced. this man had killed millions of people. almost every one in the entire world was happy beyond control. the day he died was the day our country proved we are stronger united and we are strong when we stand tall. then at 1 o clock the president anounced justice has been done.

so fellow americans here me in what i say we can not give up we will not give up we are on nation under the lord  so follew him and he shall deliver us to safety and well being.

1.best video games

These are the best video games. The first is halo reach.Second is god of war. last is kingdom hearts series. Those are the best.

Halo: Reach is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Bungie and published by Microsoft Game Studios for the Xbox 360 console. Reach was released in North America, Australia, and Europe on September 14, 2010. The game takes place in the year 2552, where humanity is locked in a war with the alien Covenant. Players control Noble Six, a member of an elite supersoldier squad, during the battle for the world of Reach. As the Covenant begin their assault on the planet, the UNSC begin their heroic yet ultimately futile effort to repel the alien invaders.

Reach was originally announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009 in Los Angeles, California, with the first in-engine trailer shown at the 2009 Spike Video Game Awards. Players who purchased Halo 3: ODST were eligible to participate in a Reach multiplayer beta in May 2010; the beta allowed Bungie to gain player feedback for fixing bugs and making gameplay tweaks before shipping the final version. The developers focused on creating a compelling world, more difficult enemies, and updated graphics and audio.
Halo: Reach grossed US$200 million on its launch day, setting a new record for the franchise. The game sold well in most territories, moving more than three million units its first month in North America. Critical reception was positive; reviewers from publications such as IGN, GamePro, and Official Xbox Magazine called it the best Halo title yet. Reach was the final Halo title by Bungie, with future games overseen by the Microsoft subsidiary 343 Industries.

Alongside other multiplayer options is "Firefight", a version of which appeared in Halo 3: ODST. In Firefight players take on increasingly difficult waves of foes in a game of survival. Players can customize Firefight options, including the number and types of enemies. It has also been announced that a firefight versus is playable in which there is an Elite team trying to keep the Spartan team from scoring points. Game modes like Generator Defense are playable in Firefight Although Firefight in ODST only supported matches among players that were on each others' friend lists, firefight in Reach supports online matchmaking between random players.

God of War III features gameplay similar to previous installments. The player controls the character, Kratos, in a combination of first-person/third-person combat (including quick-time), platforming and puzzle game elements. Kratos' main weapons are the Blades of Exile (initially the Blades of Athena), with other new weapons, including the Claws of Hades, the Nemean Cestus and the Nemesis Whip. The Nemean Cestus (a pair of fist gauntlets) and the Bow of Apollo are crucial to the game, as they are required to advance through certain stages of the game. In other words it is cool.

Unlike the previous games in the series, the primary weapons also dictate the use of magic, with each weapon having an individual magic ability: Divine Reckoning (Blades of Athena), Army of Sparta (Blades of Exile), Soul Summon (Claws of Hades), Nemean Roar (Nemean Cestus) and Nemesis Rage (Nemesis Whip). The power of each magic ability increases via upgrading the weapon to which each is linked (excluding the temporary Divine Reckoning). The wepons are cool.

Health and Magic upgrades—Gorgon Eyes and Phoenix Feathers respectively—reappear, although in this instance, only three (as opposed to the original six) items need to be found for an upgrade. Minotaur Horns have also been added as a possible find and upgrade the charge for Items. All three upgrades are found in a style of chest that differs from normal Health and magic-giving chests, unlike the previous games.
Almost all upgraded weapons and magic acquired in previous games are gone at the beginning of gameplay, with Kratos only retaining the fully upgraded Blades of Athena, the Golden Fleece, Icarus Wings, and the Blade of Olympus. The Blades of Athena and Blade of Olympus are lost after the first main battle. The Blades of Athena, however, are replaced by the Blades of Exile and the Blade of Olympus is eventually recovered.

Many of the familiar combination attacks reappear, with the new additions including the combat grapple: a ranged "grab" maneuver that, depending on the weapon, can either pull Kratos towards foes or forces them away (necessary at certain points in the game, with Kratos effectively "riding" harpies across chasms), and a simple grab with bare hands that allows Kratos to use lesser foes as a battering ram. Kratos can also rapidly switch between weapons (eventually, all four primary weapons) in battle and continue the same attack combination.
Other changes include an increase in the number of enemies onscreen, increasing from 15 to a maximum of 50.During several major battles, the camera also pans out away from the fight sequence, although the player can still control Kratos while the camera is panning to add a new level of gameplay.

Last is kingdom hearts series.
The series currently consists of seven games including remakes across different video game platforms, and future titles are planned. Most of the games in the series have been both critically acclaimed and commercially successful, though each title has seen varying levels of success. As of September 2008, the Kingdom Hearts series has shipped over 12 million copies worldwide, with 2 million copies in PAL regions, 3.0 million copies in Japan, and 5.6 million copies in North America. A wide variety of related merchandise has been released along with the games, including soundtracks, figurines, companion books, and an ongoing manga series.

Kingdom Hearts II is the third game in the Kingdom Heartsseries. It picks up one year after the events of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Sora, the protagonist of the first two games, returns to search for his lost friends. Like the previous games, Kingdom Hearts II features a large cast of characters from Disney films and Final Fantasy games. Organization XIII, a group introduced in Chain of Memories, also reappears to impede Sora's progress. Sora is waking up from his sleep.

Combat in Kingdom Hearts II is in real-time and involves button presses which initiate attacks by the on-screen character. A role-playing game menu, similar to those found in Final Fantasy games, at the bottom left of the screen provides other combat options such as using magic, summoning beings to assist in battle, or executing combination attacks with other party members. A new feature is the "Reaction Command", special enemy-specific attacks that are triggered when the player presses the triangle button at the correct time during battle. Reaction Commands can be used to defeat regular enemies or avoid damage, and are sometimes necessary to complete a boss battle. In addition to the main character, two party members are usually present who also participate in combat. Although these characters are computer-controlled, the player is allowed to customize their behavior to a certain extent through the menu screen, such as attacking the same enemy Sora targets.

2.best computer games

There are three good computer games. They are aqw ,halo 2 , and ffxi. They are the best.

AdventureQuest Worlds includes many classes like warrior, rogue, mage, healer and special advanced classes like dragonslayer, ninja, pirate, shaman, warlord, enforcer that players can unlock and switch between. typically by completing a quest chain or series and then buying them. Each class currently has six skills including two passive skills. As a player uses a class more, he/she gets experience in that particular class. Each class has 10 ranks that can be reached by gaining class experience. Each new rank unlocks a new skill for the player to use.

it uses real time battling with simultaneous players/monsters. Like many RPGs, players advance by gaining experience points from killing enemies and completing quests, and gather currency and equipment. Equipment is only valuable cosmetically with only slight differences being the range of damage that weapons have (e.g. one weapon may have a weapon range of 78-99, meaning it can hit between 78 and 99, and another may have 29-160, meaning it can hit between 29 and 160). All equippable items can be used with "enhancements" to give stat bonuses which include strenght , speed ,and endurance. there isn't that much else to say.

The second is halo 2.
After the success of Combat Evolved, a sequel was expected and highly anticipated. Bungie found inspiration in plot points and gameplay elements that had been left out of their first game, including multiplayer over the internet through xbox live. Time constraints forced a series of cutbacks in the size and scope of the game, including a massive ending to the game's campaign mode that left many in the studio dissatisfied. Among Halo 2's marketing efforts was  called "i love bees" that involved players solving real-world puzzles.

Certain weapons can be dual-wielded, allowing the player to trade accuracy, the use of grenades and melee attacks for raw firepower. The player can carry two weapons at a time (or three if dual-wielding; one weapon remains holstered), with each weapon having advantages and disadvantages in different combat situations. For example, most Covenant weapons eschew disposable ammo clips for a contained battery.

The Arbiter is sent to the surface of Halo, where he rallies his allies to assault the Brute's position. With the help of Johnson, he confronts Tartarus in Halo's control room. When the Arbiter tries to convince Tartarus that the Prophets have betrayed them both, Tartarus angrily activates the ring, and a battle ensues. The Arbiter and Johnson manage to kill Tartarus while Keyes removes the Index. Instead of shutting down the ring entirely, the unexpected shutdown of the ring triggers a system-wide failsafe, putting Installation 05 and all the other rings on standby for activation from a remote location, which Guilty Spark refers to as " the ark". As Truth's ship arrives amidst a raging battle on Earth, Hood asks the Master Chief what he is doing aboard the ship. The Chief replies, "Sir; finishing this fight."

Halo 2 was officially announced in September 2002 with a cinematic trailer, subsequently packaged with Halo: Combat Evolved dvd. A real-time gameplay video was shown at 2003, which was the first actual gameplay seen by the public; it showcased new features such as dual-wielding and improved graphics. Many elements of the trailer, however, were not game-ready; the entire graphics engine used in the footage had to be discarded, and the trailer's environment never appeared in the final game due to limitations on how big the game colud be.

Last is final fantasy x i. x i stands for eleven. The game is an online downloadable cd. All you have to do is buy it and download it and play. The game is rated 16 and up but you can play if you are 12 and up.

As of 2006, between 200,000 and 300,000 active players logged in per day, and the game was the dominant MMORPG in Japan. As of 2008, in an announcement for three additional expansions in development, SE noted Final Fantasy XI still has a strong user base of around 500,000 subscribers In April 2009, Square Enix announced that the total number of active characters exceeded 2 million for the first time.

Players have the option of using any combination of a keyboard, mouse, and controler to play Final Fantasy XI. While by default, a player using a PlayStation 2 or an Xbox 360 uses a virtual/in-game keyboard option, the player is able to use an external keyboard that is USB compatible for communication within the game.

The expansion Treasures of Aht Urhgan added the large Aht Urhgan Whitegate/Al Zahbi city area. The rest of Vana'diel is made up of a number of outdoor, dungeon, and minor town areas split into various regions. While most areas are accessible by walking, various modes of transportation, ranging from the classic Final Fantasy chobaccos and air ships to special spells, facilitate movement across the game world.

3.fav. books

These are the best books. They are fang ,the lightning thief and the last olypian.

First there is fang.
Fang is 14 years old (15 in Fang). He is second in command of the Flock and Max's best friend (and later her boyfriend). He is able to virtually disappear by staying very still and quiet. He also develops "gills" at the end of MAX. Fang is described as having black hair, dark eyes, olive skin, and is described as incredibly handsome. In "School's Out Forever" he found out that the School took him after he was born when his mother put him up for adoption because she was too young to have a kid and was told he had died. He is somewhat reserved – the strong, silent type or Tall, Dark, and Handsome – but cares deeply about the Flock. He is a very silent character and seems quite dark and mysterious, always hiding his feelings.

He runs a blog about the Flock's adventures that proves useful in several books. He has had one romantic relationship. In book 1, Max kisses Fang when he is injured. In School's Out Forever, he is seen kissing the "Red-Haired Wonder," Lissa. He and Max fight, and afterwards they make up. When Ari joins the flock, Fang decides to lead half of the Flock and leaves Max. He later comes back, reuniting in an epic battle at the end of book 3 when Ari dies. Fang leaves the Flock at the end of Fang because of Dylan, Max's "perfect other half", and because Angel has predicted that Fang would be the first to die. Knowing he would put the others in danger he leaves them all, leaving a note for Max explaining his decision to leave and that he will meet her in 20 years where they learned to fly like the hawks

In Angel, Fang becomes the leader of a new flock. Ratchet, Star, Kate, Holden and Maya (Max's clone renamed) help him try to stop an evil organization called the Doomsday Group. When he realizes he cannot take them down on his own, he enlists the help of Max's Flock. Max and Fang seem to grow apart and start to like different people. Also, Fang starts having feelings for Maya because she is so much like Max. He then realizes though that Maya wants to be different than Max, and treats her differently. After the planned D-day, Fang leaves with his flock, leaving Max and her flock in the rubble of Paris, France.

On the second night, Angel reveals that 'Fang will be the first to die', causing an upset in the Flock, before Dr. Hans, a former Itex worker, interrupts. He invites Max and Angel to breakfast where introduces them to his new experiment, Dylan, a bird kid like them but someone who cannot fly well. At breakfast, it is revealed that Dr. Hans plans on forcing the human race to evolve by using the Flock as evolutionary templates. He tries to enlist Max's help by showing her the advancements he has currently made, the most extreme being cutting off and regrowing his own finger. She, however, refuses to help, and quickly returns to the Flock where she instructs them to wait.

Next there is the lightning thief. On top of the empire statebuilding, Zeus and Poisidon meet where Zeus reveals his lightning bolt has been stolen and accuses Poseidon's demigod son percy for the theft. Poseidon reminds him his son is unaware of his true identity, so Zeus declares that unless Percy returns the lightning bolt  before the next summer soilstice, war will be waged. Percy himself is a sixteen-year old teenager who appears to be normal, but has a unique ability to stay underwater for a lengthy time. Whilst on a school trip to the local museum, Percy is attacked by a fury disguised as his supply teacher who demands the lightning bolt. She is chased off by Percy's best friend grover underwood and teacher Mr. Brunner, both of whom appear disabled. Upon learning the Fury's reason for the attack, Mr. Brunner has Grover take Percy and his mother Sally out to Camp Half-Blood.

Riordan finished writing his manuscript in 1994. The Lightning Thief was accepted  in 1997 and later sold in an auction  before being released on July 28, 2005. The book has sold over 1.2 million copies in the subsequent four years, appearing  and being listed as one of the Best Books for Young Adults.

Ares gives Percy the Helm of Darkness which he asks the Furies, who witnessed everything, to return to Hades. Percy flies to New York risking getting blasted by going into the sky, the realm of Zeus. He arrives in New York City to give the master bolt to Zeus at level 600 of the empire state building, where olympus is now located. Zeus accepts the master bolt and Percy returns to camp. Luke reveals that he stole the bolt for Kronos and summons a poisonous scorpion which stings and nearly kills Percy. Chiron cures him and Percy leaves to attend another school found by his mother. Annabeth returns to live with her mortal father and Grover embarks on a journey as a "seeker" to try and find the great god pan. Percy heads home and gives his mom Medusa's head which she uses to turn Gabe into stone. ( She sells his statue and gets enough money to go back to school and buy another apartment.)

Riordan had been a Greek mythology teacher in middle school for many years and was able to remember enough stories to please his son. Soon Riordan ran out of myths and his son requested that Riordan make new ones using the characters from Greek myths while adding some new ones. Riordan created the fictional character Percy Jackson and made the story of how he would travel across the United States to recover Zeus's lightning bolt. After Riordan finished telling the story his son asked that his dad write a book based on Percy's adventures.

Last is the last olympian. he is in his father Poseidon's underwater palace, which is under siege by the forces of the Titan Oceanus. Percy wants to stay and help fight with his father, but he sends Percy back to Camp Half Blood. Soon after arriving, Percy leaves again with Nico, son of Hades, to find out how he might stand a chance against Kronos when the time comes. After visiting Luke's mother and talking with Hestia,(who is the Last Olympian,), goddess of the hearth and home, Percy and Nico's aunt. Percy procures a blessing from his mother, descends into the Underworld for the second time, and bathes in the River Styx like Achilles and Luke before him. He leaves Nico behind to convince his father to participate in the war (Demeter and Persephone have joined him in neutrality), and returns to the surface.

The main protagonist and narrator of the first series. His status as a son of Poseidon, the apparent subject of the Great Prophecy, and yearly quests bring him to Olympus time after time. Like Luke has done, and Achilles before them both, he bathes in the River Styx and become invincible before he leads the Olympian-aligned forces in a defense of Manhattan, fighting on varied fronts the entire time, even bringing down Hyperion, Lord of the East. For his heroism, particularly in saving Olympus from destruction, he is offered godhood, though he declines it in favor of his friends, whom he values before all else. His relationship with Annabeth solidifies against all odds during the battle and is set in stone when they kiss underwater in the lake of Camp Half Blood.

With Poseidon ambushing Typhon at the Hudson River, the Olympians manage to send the demon down to Tartarus. Returning to the throne room, they grant Percy, grover, Annabeth, Thalia, and Tyson rewards at the conclusion of their various quests. Percy, refusing godhood for himself, forces the gods to swear on the river styx that they will recognize all of their children by the time they turn 13, honor the minor gods, and free innocent titans (most of which are the enemies of the major gods). At camp, new cabins are built for every god, including Hades and all the minor gods. After being thrown into the water, Annabeth and Percy kiss underwater, their feelings for each other are solidified, and their relationship is cemented. Rachel Elizabeth Dare becomes the new Oracle and speaks the next Great Prophecy, Annabeth is promised to be the architect of Mt Olympus in the future, and Grover becomes a Lord of the Wild and member of the Council of Cloven Elders.

Pro-Saleh forces clash with Yemen army units

Presidential guards loyal to Ali Abdullah Saleh, the Yemeni president, have clashed with army units who have backed opposition groups and protesters demanding Saleh's resignation.
The clashes took place in the town of Mukalla, in the eastern Hadramout province, on Thursday.
A colonel was wounded, but it was not clear whether he was on the side of the elite Republican guard, which is loyal to Saleh, or the regular army, a local government source told the Reuters news agency.
General Ali Mohsen, commander of the country's northwestern zone and widely seen as the country's second-most powerful figure, said earlier this week that he was supporting pro-democracy protesters who have been demonstrating for weeks, calling for Saleh to leave office after three decades in power.

Pakistan: A revolution against whom?

Pakistan is a country often described as being the brink – of what, precisely, is up for speculation. There are fears economic, social and political crises, separately and simultaneously, will cause the country to implode into an ungovernable, anarchical mess: a failing, if not failed, state.
Indeed, there are those who argue that this has already happened.
On the one hand, it is difficult to argue with the point that the country is facing simultaneous challenges on several fronts.
With inflation on basic household items at 18.88 per cent (according to government figures) and unemployment at an estimated 15 per cent (according to the CIA’s World Factbook), households in Pakistan are feeling the economic pinch.

volcano
a tourism centre with artefacts, exhibits, films and photographs from last year’s Eyjafjallajokull volcano is set to open on the fist anniversary of the eruption.
The centre will be situated next to Highway 1 in the shadow of Eyjafjallajokull at a place called Thorvaldseyri and is set to open on 14th April.
“It was decided at New Year’s to start this project. We want to show people how the eruption unfolded, how we lived with it and how it has been here since it ended. It is sort of our duty really; this was a world event,” says Olafur Eggertsson, the farmer at Thorvaldseyri, who is running the project with his family.

A hardy couple are preparing themselves to brave temperatures of -30°C when they kite surf across the Greenland ice cap later this year. Robert and Heidi Clover, who live in Devon, southwest England, will tackle the 1,400km slog in a bid to raise GBP 50,000 for charity.
“It is crazy. It is usually hardcore adventurers that attempt this kind of thing. We are really not the two people that should be doing this – I’m a housewife and Robert works in a bank,” Mrs Clover told Metro. “Before we started training the only run I had been on was the school run,” she added.

that a child demigod of the "Big Three" would decide the fate of Olympus and the gods, when the demigod child reached the age of 16. The pact was made in an effort to prevent the prophecy from ever happening. Both Zeus and Poseidon break the pact by having demigod children after the war – Zeus had Thalia Grace and Poseidon had Percy Jackson. Ironically, Hades, who is meant to be the most untrustworthy god, did not break the pact. However, he had Bianca and Nico di Angelo, who were born before the war, but were trapped in the Lotus Casino for 70 years. This meant they were still able to fulfill the great prophacy.

What is it?  It is a free website for people that are 12 and older. You can talk to people that you haven't seeen in a while. You can also meet new people around the world. Facebook is a good website for fun. People should get a facebook.

Why do we use it?     We use facebook because it is fun. Fcaebook is a website to play diffrent games that are on there. People love to get on facebook. I wounder why some people don't have one. Enjoy the website.

How do we use it?   You have to put in your email. Also you need to Find a good username. Get some friends. Sometimes you just have to find a random person and send a friend request. Never ask your parent's for a friend request unless they are cool.

When do we use it?  We usually facebook all the time. Unless the teacher's catch you. People who don't have lives get on facebook all day long. Getting on facebook all the time  is bad. Only get on at 3 o  clock or later.

How is it harmful?   Sometime's people can follow you. Stalker's can try and send you a friend request. People can also say mean thing's on facebook. Never accept people who curse on facebook. All and all facebook is half good and halfbad.

    blogassignment#25sarah palin

During her first year in office, Palin kept a jar with the names of Wasilla residents on her desk. Once a week, she pulled out a name, picked up the phone and asked: "How's the city doing?"Using income generated by a 2% sales tax that had been approved by Wasilla voters in October 1992,Palin cut proporty taxes by 75% and eliminated personal property and business inventory taxes. Using bonds, she made improvements to the roads and sewers, and increased funding to the Police Department. She also oversaw new bike paths and procured funding for storm-water treatment to protect freshwater resource At the same time, she shrank the local museum's budget and deterred talk of a new library and city hall.
Shortly after taking office in October 1996, Palin eliminated the position of museum director and asked for updated resumes and resignation letters from "city department heads who had been loyal to Stein," including the police chief, public works director, finance director, and librarian. Palin stated this request was to find out their intentions and whether they supported her. She temporarily required department heads to get her approval before talking to reporters, saying that they first needed to become acquainted with her administration's policies. She created the position of city administrator, and reduced her own $68,000 salary by 10%, although by mid-1998 this was reversed by the city council.
In October 1996, Palin asked library director Mary Ellen Emmons if she would object to the removal of a book from the library if people were picketing to have the book removed. Emmons responded that she would, and others as well. Palin explained that she not been proposing censorship but instead, had been been discussing many issues with her staff that were "both rhetorical and realistic in natural Ultimately, no attempt was made to remove books from the library during Palin's tenure as mayor.
Palin said she fired Police Chief Irl Stambaugh because he did not fully support her efforts to govern the city. Stambaugh filed a lawsuit alleging termanation and violation of his free speech rights. The judge dismissed Stambaugh's lawsuit, holding that the police chief served at the discretion of the mayor, and could be terminated for nearly any reason, even a political one, and ordered Stambaugh to pay Palin's legal fees.
Palin also joined with nearby communities in hiring the anchorige-based lobbying firm of Robertson, Monagle & Eastaugh to lobby for federal funds. The firm secured nearly $8 million in earmarks for the Wasilla city government, including $500,000 for a youth shelter, $1.9 million for a transportation hub, and $900,000 for sewer repairs.
In 2008, Wasilla's current mayor credited Palin's 75 percent property tax cuts and infrastructure improvements with bringing "big-box stores" and 50,000 shoppers per day to Wasilla. A local gun store owner said Palin made the town "more of a community ... It's no longer a little strip town that you can blow through in a heartbeat. At the conclusion of Palin's tenure as mayor in 2002, the city had about 6,300 residents.
